North Star UX Vision for a B2B Website Management Platform
Defining the long-term UX strategy for a complex website management platform.
I led a three month strategic initiative to build the North Star vision for a platform limited by high operational overhead and fragmented workflows. I synthesized user research, behavioral data, and cross functional insights to create a validated future state experience that reduces dependency on human support, improves clarity, and sets the foundation for multi year product evolution.

90 Day Redesign of a Mission Critical Application
Leading a full scale UI overhaul under strict constraints and immovable deadlines.
I owned the end to end redesign of a mission critical content management tool while the company underwent a rebrand. I implemented the new design system across all core surfaces, contributed twelve components, and partnered closely with engineering to identify and resolve more than one hundred fifty issues. The result was a stable, consistent, and scalable UI delivered on time with no customer reported critical issues.

Enabling Group Visits on VirtualCare
Designing a net new multi participant virtual care experience from the ground up.
I led research, workflow mapping, and iterative design to create a flexible and scalable model for group appointments in VirtualCare. Partnering with clinicians, Product, and Engineering, I refined requirements, validated concept variations, and delivered an experience that expanded the platform into long term care, mental health, and primary care settings.

What I’m looking for in next role
I am looking for a Product Designer role where I can own a product area end to end and play a more active role in shaping what we build, not just how we build it. I want to join a small, collaborative team on a scaling product where strong discovery, clear problem definition, and thoughtful iteration are valued. My goal is to contribute both strategic thinking and reliable execution while working in an environment that encourages curiosity, autonomy, and meaningful impact.
